"XCast wins a lot of our business because their product is fantastic at very competitive pricing. XCast has good support if you have an experienced IT person who is well acquainted with VoIP and SIP and managing the turn-up of service. XCast’s customer service team is mostly very technical engineers that are not your average tier 1 support staff reading from a script to help troubleshoot. Their support team is highly capable and technical which can be challenging to communicate with for the average customer, but not for the customer’s experienced IT vendor. They can configure SIP service to virtually any compatible PBX or any outside data connection in the US or Canada but number portability in some rural LEC regions can be an issue. XCast also provides quick installation and can get SIP trunks configured in three days (pending PBX configuration at customer site)."
